Supervisor II
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for effective management and coordination of fabrication workshop.
2. Leading fixture design team for fixture design and optimization, to meet customer requirement.
3. Work closely with MRO buyer to control the outsourcing fixture cost, and ensure fixture delivery date and quality
4. Arrange daily work plan and task of fabrication workshop, to ensure fixture delivery date and quality
5. Processing technic flow analysis and improvement, achieve optimization
6. Fixture design standardization, establish fixture design specifications and working instructions.
7. Standard machining man-hour analysis, setting and improvement.
8. To lead continuously improve and optimize operational process to increase the efficiency and save cost
9. Supporting manager to manage the team members, skills development and performance appraisal, and motivate and coach team members, develop the career path for each individual.
10. Understand and implement the safety regulations, to ensure that no safety incidents happened in workshop throughout the year
11. Completing other tasks that manager designated
