Application Advanced Engineer
1)Conduct cushion design, development & engineering in Asia based on Autoliv standards, legal requirements & OEMs requirements; 2) Responsible for cushion development of assigned projects, in line with cost, timing and quality objectives; 3) Further involvement of LLs work, case study, TFC review, Design Review, and share experience to the team; 4) Assist Group manager/Leaders on GDP activities, help to transfer global technology in Asia; 5) Follow up of cushion design guideline, and implementation of PLM/DVM/CAD; 6) Quotation definition and new material qualifications; 7) Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability; 8) Conduct the selection of key components & materials for cushion new development & engineering in Asia; 9) Support SQE to improve cushion supplier technical skill; 10) Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility and estimate how much time/cost will be impacted; 11) Represent cushion engineering in project team and assist project manager with internal project management; 12) Regular report project status in terms of cost/timing/quality objectives to the project leader and in parallel to Technical manager; 13) Support and review the work of assistant cushion engineer; 14) Provide technical support to production, in quickly resolving cushion engineering related issues; 15) Contribute to continue improvements, innovations and standardization;"
