1. Project schedule Management ·Build a project team ·Develop and update the project plan, adjust the plan in case of deviation ·Assign tasks to team members and follow up them before task accomplished 2. Project Cost Management ·Control product cost during Phase 0 to Phase 4 ·Confirm product price throughout the project development cycle and report regularly ·Drive purchasing, engineering and factory team to continuously improve and optimize our product cost to reduce our product price 3. Project communication Management ·Organize and hold regular project meeting to communicate project progress, cost, quality risk points, etc ·Report the progress of the project at the TG on time 4. Project Risk Management ·Identify risk points throughout the project development process, including potential cost increases, schedule delays or other identified risks ·Propose solutions based on risks and highlight them to the management level based on the probability and impact ·Closed-loop management of risks arising in the project: identify risks, analyze risks, take corrective actions, track results, and close problem spots 5. Others ·Coordinate and manage all areas related to the project: scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, procurement, etc. ·Understand customer needs and make corresponding request to project team ·Assist management to organize related work improvement meetings ·In daily project management, I constantly found problems, analyzed and solved problems, summarized problems, and made contributions to the summary of experience of air bag project management
