Packaging Manager
'Packaging Standards Development & Implementation Develop and implement Autoliv China packaging standards, covering packaging design, cost evaluation, and solution deployment. Ensure all defined standards and processes are consistently executed across relevant functions and sites. Cross-Functional Communication & Coaching Communicate and coach packaging standards to internal stakeholders (Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing) to ensure alignment and adherence. Act as a packaging subject matter expert to support process compliance and continuous improvement. Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement Identify packaging improvement and cost reduction opportunities, lead or support initiatives from concept through implementation.
