Material Planning Senior Specialist
1. 根据客户及生产需求向供应商释放订单及预测,以支持制造流程; Release order and forecast to suppliers to support manufacturing process. 2. 通过与供应商的沟通以及及时跟踪确保零件按要求到达工厂; Negotiate and follow up the material arrive plant as request. 3. 控制库存,避免库存过高或物料短缺; Inventory control, avoid excessive stock or material shortage 4. 协助团队优化数据处理工具,以改善流程,提升工作效率; Optimize data processing tool to improve team’s work efficiency. 5. 定期根据客户的需求波动,供应商的供货能力和生产线的产能及时调整和更新安全库存设置; Regular adjust safety stock based on customer demand, supplier delivery status and line capacity. Dead stock control, avoid or reduce unnecessary stock on hand or at supplier’s side. 6. 呆滞库存的控制, 避免或降低在手及供应商的呆滞库存; Dead stock control, avoid or reduce unnecessary stock on hand or at supplier’s side. 7. 运费控制及避免额外运费; Avoid premium freight and control freight cost. 8. 新项目支持及协调; Support and coordinate for new project. 9. 能自我学习/发展去满足职位的需求; Self-develop capabilities to meet the position requirements; 10. 完成上级所布置的其他工作。 Tasks assigned by superior.
