Advanced Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Timing Management
1) Plan the project timeline based on the project delivery requirements and identify corresponding risks.
2) Track the project plan execution through daily project meetings and other means, identify key risks, and formulate action plans to ensure the delivery of project tasks.
3) Regularly report the project status to the management.
Quality Management Project Development Quality Management
1) Lead the project team to timely identify various risks in project development and formulate risk control plans.
2) Timely share and summarize lessons learned during the project development process.
3) Lead the project team to analyze and solve problems in project development.
4) Seek management support through the company's issue escalation platform and mechanism in a timely manner to address major project risks.
Cost Management Project Development Cost Management
1) Be responsible for planning and implementing the project budget to ensure that the total development cost meets the target requirements.
2) Lead project team members and cross-departmental teams to explore cost reduction opportunities and jointly achieve financial indicators in all aspects of project development.
3) Manage change responsibilities and costs during project development, providing data support for internal and external cost accounting.
Customer Management and Internal Cooperation Customer Management and Internal Cooperation
1) Regularly visit customers, listen to their voices, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate action plans to management.
2) Serve as the customer window to promptly convey customer requirements to the company and provide progress feedback to customers.
3) As the first responsible person, drive and lead the internal team to meet reasonable customer requirements.
