Customer Planning Advanced Specialist
Planning sales plan according to the customer demand; Customer delivery performance reach 100% and follow up customer record; Analyze the customer plan and maintain in to QAD; Tracking the completion of customer orders; Variation analysis for customer plan and actual delivery; FG inventory, EC and EOP parts inventory control; T.W. management and monitor. Reasonable arrangement for transportation. Check the delivery Qtys with customer, and complete the settlement. Variation analysis for actual QAD sales and settlement qtys Invoices delivery and collection for part of customer; Settlement work for customer claim and goods return; Be responsible to release order, follow up shipments and analysis the actual and over variance Submit premium cost application before it actually happens; Delivery customer’s information and request to the internal relevant departments in time; Goods relationship and keep good communication with customer; Coordinate with customer related departments to solve the problems in the logistic supply; Support other tasks assigned by manager.. Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement; Understand and abide by rule during work; Understand the hazard resource and control method during work. Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.
