1. Update EHS relevant laws and regulations identification and evaluation;

2. Establish and maintain EHS procedures, drive and monitor EHS procedures effective

operation in each department;

3. Formulate training plan and draft training material, and organize training timely;

4. Assist and participate in each function for risk identification and assessment, environmental

aspect (EA) identification and major EA management, management of change (MOC);

5. Make up EHS inspection plan and organize regularly;

6. Coordinate Root Cause Analysis for all incidents and share with all;

7. Update weekly monthly report related to EHS

8. Conduct and supervise EHS related facilities regularly inspection and management;

9. Set up occupational hazards exposure position archive, occupational health surveillance and

health promotion;

10.Make up site level emergency response plan (ERP) and organize drill, participate in each

function ERP establishing and drill;

11.Communicate with authorities, deliver upgrading EHS regulations, policy and requirements to

campus;

12.Manage ISO1400&ISO45001 & safety standardization systems and organize internal or

external audit related

13 Manage solid and dangerous waste treatment, Ensure the whole chain conform to the national

law 100%;

14.Other tasks assigned by manager.
