Launch Project Management Advanced Engineer
1. Manage AS100 projects seamless launch, coordinate cross function teams for project targets achieve. 2. Lead and organize samples building and delivery for customer order and internal verification request. 3. Lead cross function team for project trial run and process release (AS403), follow up LOP and actions implementation to problem closure. 4. Manage and lead engineering change during project phase and serial production with AS100 and AS7 procedure, especially control change cost. 5. Support customer audit during project developing phase. 6. Track project financial target achievement and work with CFT to improve financial status during project management. 7. Lead CFT for production line ramp up with lean production knowledge. 8. Being proactive to recognize/control project risk, do escalation tiringly, drive and follow customer needs. 9. Lead plant internal CFT to support change leader implement EC seamless. 10. Work together with TCH VEVA team to identify VEVA ideas and push CFT to get VEVA implement ASAP. 11. DFM of new project and preparation of customer survey materials in new project phase. 12. Organize workshops to improve project internal issues and costs 13. Responsible for PLM/WF/QAD set up and readiness for production 14. Other tasks as directed by department/line Manager.
