l 1.运管理工厂生产,包括监督和指导所有生产活动,以到达优化质量、控制成本的目标。发展奥托立夫内、外部新业务。主要职责如下: Operation Manager is responsible for managing a production plant. Includes planning and directing all activities regarding local production, with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization. Developing new business with Autoliv internal companies as well as with external customers. His/her main responsibility are listed, but not limited to the following: -
l 2.管理所有生产活动 Directs all production activities at the plant site, 制定生产区域预算 Prepare capital and expense budgets for assigned manufacturing areas -建立和提升生产组织机构、业务及运营体系和流程。 Build up and improve the manufacturing organization structure, business & operation systems and procedures
l 3.根据奥托立夫经营战略,优化运营政策和项目。 Develop the operations policies and programs in accordance with the overall business strategy.
l 4.在保证质量、成本、产量的同时,最大限度提升生产效率。 Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility and production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
l 5.质量/环境/安全职责 Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety:
l 了解公司质量环境安全方针,遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定;
l Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement;
l 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规;
l Understand and abide by rule during work;
l 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法。
l Understand the hazard resource and control method during work.
l 了解顾客质量环境安全政策,遵守和执行顾客要求;
l Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.
l 6..根据信息安全相关要求,执行和落实本部门相关工作。
Implement department’s related work according to information security requirements.
