Health Safety and Sustainability Advanced Engineer
1. Update EHS relevant laws and regulations identification and evaluation 更新EHS相关法律法规的识别与评估;
2. Establish and maintain EHS procedures, drive and monitor EHS procedures effective operation in each department 建立并维护EHS程序,推动并监督各部门EHS程序的有效实施;
3. Formulate training plan and draft training material, and organize training timely 制定培训计划并编写培训材料,及时组织培训;
4. Assist and participate in each function for risk identification and assessment, environmental aspect (EA) identification and major EA management, management of change (MOC) 协助并参与各区域的风险识别和评估、环境因素识别及重大EA管理、MOC变更管理工作;
5. Make up EHS inspection plan and organize regularly 制定EHS检查计划并定期组织实施;
6. Coordinate Root Cause Analysis for all incidents and share with all 对所有事件进行根本原因分析并分享给全员;
7. Update weekly monthly report related to EHS更新与EHS相关的周报及月报
8. Conduct and supervise EHS related facilities regularly inspection and management 定期开展EHS相关设施的检查与管理,并进行监督;
9. Set up occupational hazards exposure position archive, occupational health surveillance and health promotion建立职业危害岗位档案、职业健康监护及健康促进机制;
10.Make up site level emergency response plan (ERP) and organize drill, participate in each function ERP establishing and drill制定现场级应急预案(ERP)并组织演练,参与各功能部门ERP的制定与演练;
11.Communicate with authorities, deliver upgrading EHS regulations, policy and requirements to campus与当地政府沟通,传达EHS相关最新的法规、政策和要求;
12.Manage ISO1400&ISO45001 & safety standardization systems and organize internal or external audit related管理ISO1400、ISO45001和安全标准化体系,组织相关的内部或外部审核
13.Manage solid and dangerous waste treatment, Ensure the whole chain conform to the national law 100%管理固体和危险废物处理,确保整个链条100%符合国家法律;
14.Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety: 质量、环境和职业健康安全职责:
Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement; 了解公司政策,遵守公司要求;
Understand and abide by rule during work; 在工作中理解并遵守规则;
Understand the hazard resource and control method during work. 了解工作中的危险源和控制方法。
Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement. 了解客户质量/EHS政策,遵守客户要求。
