Project delivery and promotion of new technologies 1) In accordance with the overall project goals, formulate specific technical objectives and development tasks for the project, plan the project's time nodes and promote their implementation. 2) Communicate fully with customers, the product strategy planning team and other departments to understand the potential market situation of the products under development in the future. 3) Support various new technology promotion activities such as customer technical exchanges, auto shows, and technology exhibitions Product pre-research and development: 1) Based on the project development goals, collect innovative concepts, share historical experiences, and guide development engineers to complete the design of potential technical solutions. 2) Lead the DFMEA and CPA analysis, review the experimental syllabus, and complete the design of new experiments as needed. 3) Take the lead in formulating the evaluation standards for technical solutions and complete the evaluation of technical solutions. 4) Guide engineers to complete 2D and 3D drawings. 5) Organize design reviews and complete evaluations of design schemes, experimental results, etc. 6) Evaluation of the standardization and rationality of dimensional chains. 7) Support process development engineers in completing the development and validation of new processes. 8) Support patent engineers in completing tasks such as patent avoidance, patent mining, and patent layout. 9) Support the procurement and development of new suppliers that have not yet been included in the system and introduce new technologies. 10) Support the procurement and cost accounting team to complete the product cost analysis. 11) Take the lead in cooperation, communication and review work with technology centers around the world. 12) Other tasks related to development projects or teams. Personal ability development and enhancement Obtain the new knowledge and skills needed for project development in a timely manner. 2) Continuously improve communication skills and maintain full exchanges with various departments, technical centers, customers and suppliers. 3) Continuously enhance organizational and coordination capabilities, promote the coordination of work among team members and relevant departments, and complete project delivery. 4) Take the lead in specific project planning and other work, and fully understand the entire business process related to new products.
