1.统计每月DPMU报表，LMPU报表并上报。落实跟踪整改/提升措施。 Monthly output DPMU & LMPU report. Implement and follow improvement actions. 2.AMC的SQDCM目视化管理，主要问题解决跟进 AMC SQDCM visual management, follow-up solution of major problem. Documents & records checking on the production site and completely archive. 3.人员管理，班组管理，按照预测新员工招聘，保证生产正常进行。 AMT and operators management, recruit new operators, make production regularly running. 4.生产线关键工序标准化操作的检查, 检查员工工艺纪律的执行与遵守情况。 Production line key station standard operation checking, checking labor principle. 5.按照年度分层审核计划对生产线实行分层审核, 监督AMC其它工程师按照计划进行分层审核，不符合项的跟踪改进与培训 Layer audit to the line according to the annual plan, monitor AMC other engineers also do audit according to plan, solve and follow non-conformance items and related training. 6.质量问题分析与客户投诉问题的整改与实施 Quality complaint analysis and action plan implementation. 7.监控生产线APS指标，APS标准的执行。5S的检查，改进。 Monitor APS indicators, APS standards implementation. 5S checking, improving. 8.生产线人员及班组的月度考核。 Operators and AMT monthly performance rating. 9.生产线异常的处理，停机，缺料等。 Handling production abnormalities, such as breakdown, material shortage etc.. 10.参与新生产线，新设备，新工装，新项目的最终批准认可。 Final release for new line, equipment, fixture and project. 11.组织样件生产，新项目前的生产培训检查。 Organize sample building, production checking and training for new project launch. 12.协助上级经理布置的任务。 Support other tasks assigned by line manager. 13. 质量/环境/安全职责 Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety: 了解公司质量环境安全方针，遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定； Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement; 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规； Understand and abide by rule during work; 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法。 Understand the hazard resource and control method during work. 了解顾客质量环境安全政策，遵守和执行顾客要求； Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.
