Segment Supplier Quality Senior Manager
Team Building and Talent Development -Formulate the annual talent development plan for the team. Based on the company's business growth needs and the career demands of team members, design a "competence improvement roadmap" for the team. Response for the segment supplier’s quality team management,
include:
-Tracking and management of supplier quality performance (NCM), make sure team take the robust corrective actions
-Cooperate with plant for the supplier issues, quick response & problem solving
-Support plant for the problem solving of oversea supplier’s critical issue
-Escalation supplier management
-Ensure them has the robust TFC/APQP and PPAP in components development phase, LL application and Yokoten
-Supplier compliance of ALV requirements like S-MPS, AS069 , CC/SC etc.
-Supplier development toward to ‘zero defect’ and lean mindset buildup
-Alignment & Collaboration with Product Lines
-Alignment & Collaboration with SCM for the supplier strategy
-Complex Problem
-Solving Ability
-Be able to take the lead in resolving cross-departmental and cross-enterprise supply chain for critical quality issues.
*Job Relation
-Work for plant ensure suppler deliver the right quality level components and leading the problem solving of the comment’s issues.
-Cooperate with Engineering / SCM in components development phase TFC/APQP and PPAP. And after SOP as well.
