一、 Part 1: Costing 1. Maintain material and finished goods master data and set up their standard cost in ERP system 2. Update standard cost quarterly and analyze deviation to standard cost 3. Provide sales price quotation to internal and external customers base on profit analysis 4. Track annual supplier price reduction and provide data analysis to management 5. Present monthly closing results to production line 6. Drive cost optimization projects with focus on direct labor productivity, scrap and logistic cost 二、 Part 2: Forecasting 1. Check accuracy of BOM for new projects and master data 2. Calculate external purchase price reduction following assumption from supply chain 3. Reconcile purchase volume and transfer price with internal companies 4. Calculate and analyze on CM% and EBIT% for SOP&EOP projects 5. Interact with logistic team for accuracy of logistic cost/package 6. Present rolling forecast results to production line 三、 Part 3: Sales and AR 1. Maintain sales pricing list and handle sales related accounting booking in ERP system 2. Provide sales related analysis such as Sales report and annual price reduction 3. Coordinate with SH SSC and plant logistic to solve price issue 四、 Part 4: Others 1. Assist in implementing internal control procedure and execution and facilitate regular internal/external audit. 2. Other management assignment from finance manager. 五、 IATF16949 & ISO14001: 1. Familiar with quality environment policy, must be implement all applicable regulations and requirements; in comply with environmental and safety laws; 2. Familiar with the department goal is avoiding jeopardizing employee, customer or public safety, as well as the state of the environment in general; 六、 Quality and environment duty: 1. Know and implement company quality and environment policy, obey relevant law and regulation; 2. Know dept environment factors and dangerous factors. 七、 SHEF Duty: 1. Implement related safety laws, Autoliv safety rules and regulations, AS320. 2. Involved in emergency and disaster relief, associate to safety issues investigation.
