核心职责：支持推动公司Statistics PME计划的执行与落地，通过项目赋能、能力建设和工具开发，系统性提升公司在研发、制造及非制造领域的基于数据驱动的决策能力。 Core Responsibilities: Support the execution and implementation of the company's Statistics PME program. Through enablement, capability building, and tool development, boost systematic data-driven decision-making in R&D, manufacturing, and non-manufacturing area. 具体包括： Details include: Statistics PME项目支持与赋能 Statistics PME Project Support and Empowerment 非制造业务优化：主导/辅助供应链、人力资源、财务、市场销售等非制造部门的数据分析项目。 Non-Manufacturing Business Optimization: Lead/Support data analysis projects for non-manufacturing functions such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Sales. Focus on driving statistical modeling and implementation. 制造过程卓越：系统识别并辅助解决制造端产线长期存在的复杂质量问题，推动制造过程能力的持续提升。 Manufacturing Process Excellence: Systematically identify and resolve complex, long-standing quality issues on production lines, promoting the continuous improvement of manufacturing process capabilities. 研发体系转型：协助研发部门制定基于统计方法的研发创新路线图，识别高价值应用场景，推动预测建模等先进方法在研发阶段的深度融合与落地。 RD&E System Transformation: Assist the RD&E department in formulating a statistics-based roadmap for research innovation. Identify high-value application scenarios and promote the deep integration and application of advanced methods like predictive modeling within the RD&E phase. Statistics PME能力体系建设 Statistics PME Capability System Development 参与开发并讲授统计学高阶课程，内容涵盖： Be participant in developing and delivering advanced statistics training courses, covering: - 高阶试验设计Advanced Design of Experiments (DoE) - 函数型数据分析Functional Data Analysis - JSL插件开发与自动化JSL Add-In Development & Automation - 基于机器学习的预测建模Machine Learning-Based Predictive Modeling - 多变量统计过程控制Multivariate Statistical Process Control - 高阶时间序列分析与预测等Advanced Time Series Analysis & Forecasting etc 支持和提供工程师级别的系统化培训与教练式辅导，提升组织整体数据分析能力。 Enhance the organization's overall data analysis capability through systematic training and coaching-style mentorship. 支持各工厂/职能部门培养统计数据分析专家团队 Support plant/functions in developing teams of statistical data analysis experts Statistics PME 分析平台与工具开发 Statistics PME Analytical Tools & Platform Development 基于JSL与Python开发定制化质量分析工具与JMP插件，构建自动化分析平台，实现统计方法的标准化、规模化与易用化 Develop customized quality analysis tools and JMP add-ins based on JSL and Python. Build automated analysis platforms to standardize, scale, and simplify statistical methods, thereby increasing analytical efficiency across the organization.
