Includes planning and directing all activities regarding local production, with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization. Developing new business with Autoliv internal companies as well as with external customers. His/her main responsibility are listed, but not limited to the following: -管理所有生产活动 Directs all production activities at the plant site, 制定生产区域预算 Prepare capital and expense budgets for assigned manufacturing areas -建立和提升生产组织机构、业务及运营体系和流程。 Build up and improve the manufacturing organization structure, business & operation systems and procedures 根据奥托立夫经营战略，优化运营政策和项目。 Develop the operations policies and programs in accordance with the overall business strategy. 在保证质量、成本、产量的同时，最大限度提升生产效率。 Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility and production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
