Launch Project Advanced Engineer
1. 作为项目组成员参与新项目开发从phase0 开始到phase4 结束; Team player and take part in new project development from project phase0 to phase4 2. 领导和协调新项目在工厂内部的开发, 负责从设计到生产阶段的项目移交； Lead and coordinate during project launch at plant, hand over project after SOP 3. 领导和组织新项目相关的产品试生产和生产工艺批准(AS403) Lead and organize new project trial run and process release (AS403). 4. 组织安排协调新项目样件制作：包括内部验证和客户需求 Lead and organize new projects samples building request from validation and customer. 5. 协助和支持新项目样件的发货：内部验证和客户需求: Request from validation and customer. Support samples delivery during project developing phase: 6. 组织安排协调新项目客户审核，并敦促各职能部门后续的改善计划 Organize and coordinate customer audit during project developing phase, follow up LOP and actions implementation 7. 了解所负责项目的相关财务指标并负责推动PTL改善或者提供项目财务相关指标 Track project financial target achievement and follow up PTL for Kaizen implementation 8. 参与工厂精益生产改善活动，每年需lead 完成至少2个workshop 项目 Actively involve with APS and lead at least 2 workshop/Kaizen project 9. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。 Finish other works assigned by leader;
