HR & Admin Manager
-Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for the leadership team.
-Implements and supports programs for employee advocacy, ethics, and company Philosophy and Values.
-Understands critical current and future HR issues and plan, design, and implement programs to address the issues.
-Implementation of Recruitment, Staffing, C&B ,Performance management, Communication, Employee Engagement and Talent Development.
-Regulate training management, organize training activities, including but not limited to orientation, business skills training, language training and workshop management etc.
-Develop managers at all levels in the organization.
-Understanding legal requirements and detail relative policy.
-Operation System Support & Operator Engagement Owner.
-Administration Management.
-Other project work as assigned.
