Drive and lead production quality team by “Trio Group” working model with clear role responsibility and task performance in order to increase customer satisfaction and ALV reputation.
- 通过激励团队成员,目标导向和持续改善等方式,发展和提升高绩效团队。
Develop a high-performance team through motivating team members, developing goals and objectives, continuous improvement methodology.
- 培训和指导PQ主管和PQ按照奥托立夫流程和标准处理和解决质量问题。
Train and instruct PQ supervisor and PQ about quality problem solving methodology according to ALV procedure and standard.
- 通过采用有效地质量控制方式,如快速反应、持续改进、问题的预防等,不断提升工厂生产质量水平。
Adopt the effective quality control method e.g. fast response, continuous improvement, problem prevention etc. in order to enhance the production quality capability in the plant.
- 采取改进计划降低报废和DPMU,以达到零缺陷目标。
Drive improvement plans to reduce W&S and DPMU to reach Zero Defect strategy.
- 推动内部质量工具的有效实施和推广,如8D、Yokoten、经验教训、标准化、PFMEA GSF、等。
Promote the implementation and spread of internal quality tool e.g. 8D, Yokoten, Lesson learned, Standardization, PFMEA GSF etc.
- 审核工厂内部8D,以确保根本原因识别的深度,以及8D关闭的有效性。
Audit 8Ds in the plants to ensure in depth root causes identification and the effectiveness of 8D closure.
- 主动参与AS100过程,包括经验教训,设计评审,产线研讨会等实现安全投产。
Proactively participate the AS100 process through the engagement on LL, DR, LDWS etc. to realize seamless launch.
- 主动参与AS100新项目的移交,确保安全投产。
Actively participate and handover during AS100 new project process to ensure safe launch
- 培训和指导生产PQ正确实施AS7变更管理项目中质量管理职能,进行质量预防活动,同时确保断点清晰和生产过程的稳定性
Train and instruct production PQ to implement quality APQP function during AS7 change management project including quality prevention activity in order to ensure clear break point and process stability.
- 支持PQM组织质量活动一起推动质量文化提升、员工质量意识提高,如线审、质量警告培训、Jidoka认可、Q5行动等
Support PQM to hold quality activity to promote quality culture and enhance employee quality mindset including line audit, Q-alert training, Jidoka recognition, Q5 behavior etc.
- 给予CQ必要的支持,及时处理和解决关于和内部质量相关的客户抱怨;
Necessary support for CQ team, timely solve customer complain related to in-house quality.
- 给予SQ必要的支持,如问题分析和判定、遏制活动和风险评估等活动,避免质量问题溢出
Necessary support for SQ team e.g. problem analysis & judgement, containment action and risk assessment etc. in order to avoid quality spill.
- 积极参与客户质量审核和访问等工作;
Actively participate the activity of customer audit and visit etc.
- 参与本部门业务计划的制订和路线推进,如质量目标和路线图、部门预算等
Participate in BP and roadmap of QM dept. including Q-KPI, Q-roadmap, dept/team RF budget etc.
- 负责对所属员工的培训和KPI考核;
Be responsible for subordinate training and KPI assessment.
- 负责完成上级交办的其他事务。
Fulfill the other assignment from the supervisor.
