NPL Supervisor/VEVA Leader
NPL 工程师工作量分析和 HC 规划。- 支持/指导 NPL 根据 APDS 程序开发项目。- 组织项目评审会议，推动 CFT 解决问题顺利无缝启动，必要时根据预定目标升级高风险。- 建立和跟进项目规划，及时执行针对工厂的 APDS 任务 - 在工厂中支持项目的跨职能团队的动画 - 与中国和/或海外的开发/销售/采购团队对接 - 工厂准备，包括所有必需的制造资源（生产线、机器、模具、仪表、采购、人力资源、文档...... 达到 CM 增加目标。- 良好的项目移交与生产 - 在 SOP、DV 和 PV 部件构建等之前管理样品的按时交付 - 根据 AS 标准监控工艺放行活动 （AS403） 的合规性。- 有效控制项目进度、质量和预算，并向管理层汇报 - 在 SOP+90 天之前领导变更管理 - 项目结束后总结经验教训 - 持续改进 - 完成安排的工作经理。
