Responsible for executing the security regulations in plant by coordination with out-sourcing security service supplier. Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary. Organizes company activities such like annual party, company outing, sports/ matches and etc. Prepare reports and documentation as required. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager. HR Responsibilities including recruitment, staffing, C&B support and training. Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. Developing and maintaining recruitment channels. Conduct new employee process including CV screening, interview, on boarding procedure, probation training following. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.\ Assist in managing employee benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries. Get to know your employees and give feedback as HRBP Be involved in HR digitalization projects. Prepare reports and documentation as required. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
