Formulate specific technical objectives and development tasks according to the overall project goals, plan the project time nodes and promote the implementation. 2. Communicate fully with customers, the product strategic planning team and other departments to understand the potential market situation of the products under development. 3. Support various new technology promotion activities such as customer technical exchanges, auto shows, and technology exhibitions. 二、气体发生器产品预研及开发Product Pre-research and Development 依据项目开发目标，收集创新概念，分享历史经验，指导开发工程师完成潜在技术方案设计；主导 DFMEA、CPA 分析，评审实验大纲，按需设计新型实验；主导技术方案评价标准制定并完成评价；指导工程师完成 2D、3D 图纸；组织设计评审，评价设计方案和实验结果；评价尺寸链的规范性和合理性；支持工艺开发工程师完成新工艺开发和验证；支持专利工程师完成专利规避、挖掘、布局等工作；支持采购开发新供应商并引入新技术；支持采购及成本核算团队完成产品成本分析；主导与全球各技术中心的合作、交流和评审工作；完成其他开发项目或团队相关任务。 4. According to the project development objectives, collect innovative concepts, share historical experiences, and guide development engineers to complete the design of potential technical solutions. 5. Lead the DFMEA and CPA analysis, review the experimental outline, and design new experiments as needed. 6. Lead the formulation of technical solution evaluation criteria and complete the evaluation of technical solutions. 7. Guide engineers to complete 2D and 3D drawings. 8. Organize design reviews and evaluate design schemes and experimental results. 9. Evaluate the standardization and rationality of the dimension chain. 10. Support process development engineers to complete the development and verification of new processes. 11. Support patent engineers to complete tasks such as patent avoidance, patent mining, and patent layout. 12. Support procurement to develop new suppliers that have not yet entered the system and introduce new technologies. 13. Support the procurement and cost accounting team to complete product cost analysis. 14. Lead the cooperation, communication, and review work with global technical centers. 15.
