About the role

As the Head of the CCI function in our Asian Divisions, you would lead, coordinate, and drive the function’s responsibilities in both divisions, ensuring that the focus is in line with the global plan and long-term strategy and tailored to fit the risk landscape in the two divisions. You would be responsible for implementation of the global Compliance Program, including compliance training, communication, and other program areas. You would also be responsible for ensuring that all reported compliance concerns in the Divisions are handled in accordance with the Autoliv Speak Up policy as well as applicable Whistleblower protection legislation.

Currently there are three roles (including this one) supporting the two divisions and you would lead this team. The focus of the role is to support the Asian divisions, but you would also occasionally lead or be part of global projects together with the other members of the global CCI team.

As the responsible Compliance Officer in China, you would be representing the CCI function by delivering the appropriate services and support to the China division and its Management in close collaboration with stakeholder functions such as Legal and Human Resources.

The primary compliance risk areas on the agenda for this role are related to corrupt business practices, antitrust/anticompetitive behavior, conflicting interests, and serious cases of harassment, but other matters related to our Code of Conduct may also be part of the daily agenda.

Critical functional competencies for this role would be:

• At least five years’ experience from working in a Compliance/Integrity function for a global company in a multicultural environment
• Strong business understanding and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills – creating and delivering purposeful, relevant, and relatable content
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education: University Degree required – Law

Languages: Excellent Chinese and English required
