Report any risk parts to find an effective and prompt action plan to solve it. l Keep good communication with suppliers to grasp any update information or change which will affect our shipments l Report to LO manager at intervals l Monitor supplier compliance with LIS, AS51 and AS244. l Maintain part price and contract release in QAD; l Submit any premium cost application before it actually happens. l Be responsible to claim any premium cost to suppliers which is caused by their fault l Score SOTP and request 8D on each 30. Issue NCM-L after LO manager approves. l Update EC&EOP list every Monday to minimize remained stock after switch. l Schedule weekly shipments arrival. Monitor blocked or damage pats return issues. Control max and min stock level for VMI suppliers. l Be responsible to work under effective instructions l Be responsible to settle invoice and print goods receipt.
