(Sr.) Equipment Engineer

Lead maintenance team to reach the annual maintenance target;
Responsible for daily technician / engineer management and skill development;
Organize the team to analyze and improve the maintenance problem by workshop and lesson learn;
Responsible for spare part management/documents management/record management ;
Responsible for training of equipment operation and maintain;
In charge of equipment repairing in quality system and management of relative
Finalize the design of production line and check and accept, make improvement suggestion.
Responsible for TPM implementation;
Management of equipment’ software and hardware
Responsible for department maintenance cost forecast management and control;
Finish other works assigned by leader;
