Development Engineer
Project Delivery and Promotion of New Technologies: Complete deliveries and reviews at each stage, including project initiation, key milestone reviews, project completion, and handover, in accordance with the project plan. Support communication activities with customers, product strategic planning teams, and other departments to fully gather product requirement information from all parties. Support customer technical exchanges, auto shows, technology exhibitions, and other new technology promotion activities. Product Pre-research and Development: Design multiple potential technical solutions based on project development objectives. Participate in DFMEA and CPA analyses, and develop experimental verification outlines based on the analysis results. Participate in the establishment of technical solution evaluation criteria and complete the evaluation of technical solutions. Refine the optimal technical solution and complete 2D and 3D drawings. Organize and arrange sample production, simulations, experiments, and complete the analysis of verification results. Complete dimensional chain analysis and calculations. Support process development engineers in completing mass production feasibility analyses. Support patent engineers in completing patent applications and potential patent conflict analyses. Assist the procurement team in finding suitable suppliers and conduct technical exchanges with suppliers. Support the procurement and cost accounting teams in completing product cost analyses. Participate in cooperation, communication, and review activities with global technical centers. Undertake other development projects or team-related tasks. Personal Ability Development and Enhancement: Acquire new knowledge and skills required for project development in a timely manner. Continuously improve communication skills and maintain effective communication with various departments, technical centers, customers, and suppliers. Participate in project planning and other activities to enhance understanding of the company's business processes.
