1) 按项目整体目标，制定项目具体技术目标和开发任务，规划项目时间节点并推进执行

2) 与客户、产品战略规划团队及其他各部门充分交流，了解在研产品未来的潜在市场情况

3) 支持客户技术交流、车展、技术展等各项新技术推广活动

产品预研及开发

1) 根据项目开发目标，收集创新概念，分享历史经验，并指导开发工程师完成潜在技术方案的设计

2) 主导DFMEA、CPA分析，评审实验大纲，并根据需要完成新型实验的设计

3) 主导技术方案评价标准制定、完成技术方案评价

4) 指导工程师完成2D、3D图纸

5) 组织设计评审，对设计方案、实验结果等完成评价

6) 尺寸链规范性和合理性评价

7) 支持工艺开发工程师完成新工艺开发和验证

8) 支持专利工程师完成专利规避、专利挖掘、专利布局等工作

9) 支持采购开发尚未进入体系的新供应商，引入新技术

10) 支持采购及成本核算团队，完成产品成本分析

11) 主导与全球各技术中心的合作、交流和评审工作

12) 其他开发项目或团队相关的任务

1) 及时获取项目开发所需的新知识、新技能
