As a member of IT team, this position will be responsible for working with local business team and providing IT related solution/service to the management of day-to-day operation. The ideal candidate possesses excellent skills for business communicating, implementing solutions, managing project, troubleshooting/isolating problems and determining, as well as a desire to provide high quality customer support to each of our employees.

-- Work closely with business to achieve business goal

-- Receive and deliver IT related solution to local business

-- Be the bridge between local business team and HQ IT team

-- Execute the IT policy, and ensure the responsible site compliance with the process

-- Execute the information security policy, and co-work with central security team

-- Handle budget and ensure cost effectiveness

-- Demonstrate proficiency with Windows desktop OS and the troubleshooting of end-user issues

-- Take ownership of company-wide helpdesk ticketing solution

-- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

-- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VPN and other networking issues

-- Manage users and permissions across both internal and cloud services (Active Directory, Share point)

-- Manage purchasing, inventory and installation of IT related devices and peripherals

-- Administer telephone systems

-- Manage company mobile device account and support mobile users
