Lead shopfloor 5S and safety check to pursue 0 accident and better working surrounding.

1. 负责制造过程的质量管理及改进；

Responsible for process quality management and improvement;

1. 督导生产任务及及时交付完成；

Monitor production status and follow up the production on time delivery;

1. 负责实施公司APS管理系统，应用精益生产方法持续改进工作以达到提高效率，降低成本的目的；

Responsible for implement APS management system; Carry out the lean production and constantly improving work to improve productivity and reduce cost;

1. 跟踪生产过程标准化作业的实施和改进；

Follow up company standard and SWI application and improvement;

1. 搭建和带领AS410团队（包含生产，质量，工艺，计划，维修）解决问题，发展员工能力，最终达成生产指标。

Build and lead AS410 team including production, quality, IE, planning and maintenance for problem solving, develop people’s capability, finally achieve KPI.

1. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜；

Finish other works assigned by leader;
